Alex Charfen www.BitcoinWallet.com Buyer Speaks Out On Rumored Sale To Merck Co., Inc.

I received the below message from ‘Alex Charfen’ himself after publishing;
Alex Charfen • 2 hours ago “You should have reached out and verified rather than share lame opinions based on a broken site. I have nothing to do with Merck, next time if you are going to write an article maybe minimal investigation – like a message through Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter, I’m available on all three. Instead you’ve made assumptions and shared some pretty silly opinions.”
I respect his opinion on reaching out but that would never involve what I believe to be the truth. On February 05, 2015 it was publicly announced that Niko Younts sold the website to Alex Charfen for $250K USD. Mr. Charfen was reluctant to disclose his intentions with the domain to the media. However, the world was told by both parties themselves of the change sale?
So why is the www.BitcoinWallet.com domain registration registered as private? Possibly to hide the ‘true’ owner?
As well, why is Merck Co., Inc. even involved with the website registration? That information just doesn’t appear needs to be input?
POSSIBLE CONCLUSION: Mr. Charfen failed to mask the sale of said website while transferring to new owner by human error it got got on an accurate analysis website that is ‘NOT’ broken as Mr. Charfen claims reporting every other domain registration correctly but Mr. Alex Charfen’s? Absolutely not! Not believable in a world of literates.
I truly believe I am 100% correct in my ‘silly opinions’ offer Mr. Charfen the opportunity to show ‘proof of ownership’ to resolve. But I don’t believe that can happen due to clauses in his cofidentiality agreement with Merck Co., Inc. possibly? Just another ‘lame opinion’ from a crazy Bitcoin guy…
COYOTE AFTER THOUGHT??? This guy is slow…
