CloudMoolah, the Revolutionary Gaming Payment System, Announces ICO for Gaming Token, MOO

(Singapore, February 7^th, 2018) – Game payment revolution CloudMoolah has taken another step forward with the announcement of its ICO for the token MOO. Cloud Alliance, the company behind CloudMoolah, has launched the token to unlock the global payments and distribution ecosystem. In partnership with Unity, the world’s largest video game development engine, Cloud Alliance will also set up the MOO Store which will utilize the MOO token and allow developers to access the very fragmented Southeast Asia games market, in which developers typically need to undergo lengthy and cumbersome integration processes to publish their apps in various app stores.

The invitation-only private sale for MOO (a tradable ERC20 token) is currently ongoing until the crowdsale, which is scheduled from March 1^st to 31^st, 2018.

The ICO, which is undertaken through the CloudMoolah Foundation (CMF), will create a total of 500 million MOO tokens, of which 300 million tokens will be made available during the ICO in a single round. Each MOO will cost US$0.30. CMF aims to raise US$30 million with a soft cap of US$10 million. The minimum and maximum participation are for 500 MOO and 2,000,000 MOO tokens respectively.

With the MOO Store and CloudMoolah, Cloud Alliance will solve issues faced by developers in accessing Southeast Asia, a fast-growing but fragmented region where developers typically need to undergo lengthy and cumbersome integration processes to publish their apps in various app stores.

The MOO Store with its new token will radically transform the gaming scene. The MOO Store will simplify the mobile app publishing and offer value-added services for game developers, such as customised curation, content localisation and publishing, with access to over 100 million games and over 500,000 retail POS in Southeast Asia in less than 10 minutes. Powered by CloudMoolah and integrated with Unity’s development engine, MOO Store will channel premium made-with-Unity contents straight into the store. The MOO Store also will utilize the blockchain technology to bring in safety and efficiency for game transactions.

Holders of the MOO token can exchange it for virtual currency at a bonus. The virtual currency (called CloudMoolah Points or CMP) can be used to pay for games or exclusive virtual game items offered by game developers in the MOO Store.  Gamers can also support the games they love using the MOO token through crowdfunding as well as trading of exclusive services and items on the MOO Store.

Game developers can also in future use the MOO token to pay for the incubation and publishing services offered by Cloud Alliance.  With a simplified game listing, developers will be able to increase their revenue with no charge backs or cancellations. Through the multi-lingual store, gamers can also support the games they love using the MOO Token through crowdfunding
