On its way to mass adoption, crypto exchange from Asia’s Lion City Crypto.com is leaving no stone unturned. As of now, the in-house crypto payment service is to be available for Shopify merchants.

The Singapore-based crypto exchange announced in a blog post that Shopify merchants can now integrate its in-house payment service, Crypto.com Pay, into their online store.

This will allow all participating merchants to accept payments in more than 20 different cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Cronos (CRO), Shiba Inu (SHIB), Dogecoin (DOGE) and ApeCoin (APE).

In addition, there are said to be no transaction fees with Crypto.com Pay. The settlement fees are 0.5 percent.

If one chooses the crypto exchange’s own token, Cronos (CRO), for payment, customers could even receive up to 10 percent cashback, he said.

“Giving more customers and traders the ability to trade cryptocurrencies is a priority for Crypto.com,” said Kris Marszalek, CEO of Crypto.com. “We’re incredibly excited about the integration with Shopify and look forward to bringing this capability to even more customers and merchants around the world.”

Shopify has approximately 1.7 million merchants in over 175 different countries. Just recently, payment app Strike announced a similar integration with the online storefront platform to enable payments via the Bitcoin Lightning network.
