Token Summit, the first conference to examine the regulation, best practices and economics around blockchain-based protocols, tokens and crypto assets, announced in a press release CoinReport received a lineup of 44 speakers, presenters and panelists.

The experts in blockchain and digital currency will participate in panels, interviews and fireside chats at the event to be held on May 25 in the Paulson Auditorium of the NYU Stern School of Business in Greenwich Village, New York City.

The press release also said the event is now sold out, with 550 people from all over the world expected to attend.

“The event is a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs, investors, finance professionals, lawyers, fund managers, regulators, and business executives to speak with and learn from some of the brightest minds in the industry,” said Token Summit organizer William Mougayar, who is also a known blockchain author, investor and entrepreneur.

“The summit will also be a launching pad for a number of exciting company announcements that are stamping the landscape of crowdsales and cryptocurrency.”

Some of the speakers at the conference include Perkins Coie attorney Sarah Hody, Argon Group general counsel Emma Channing, Coinbase founder and CEO Brian Armstrong, Aragon founder and CEO Luis Cuende, Brave Software founder and CEO Brendan Eich, Storj founder and CEO Shawn Wilkinson, Cooley lead partner Marco Santori, Augur co-founder Joey Krug, Steemit co-founder and CEO Ned Scott, Shapeshift CEO Erik Voorhees, MME partner Thomas Linder and ICONOMI co-founder and CEO Tim Zagar.

Union Square Ventures managing partner Fred Wilson will close the conference with a fireside chat.

In addition to interviews with entrepreneurs, detailed presentations and expert panels, the event will also feature major new product announcements related to token-based products or offerings.

Sessions from the agenda include the new value chain of crypto assets, best practices in token offerings, the new business models powered by tokens, the valuations of crypto assets, the emergence of digital currency funds, legal and compliance practices, governance considerations, the value of attention tokens, quantitative market analysis and future scenarios for the token economy.
