Up until this point, it has been difficult to get in touch with the company is things went awry. That is now coming to change thanks to a dedicated phone number. International users will have access to this new version of customer support as well. Users can contact the company from Monday to Friday between business hours.
Launching phone support is an important step for the company. Up until this point, they faced a lot of user complaints regarding proper support. Opening online tickets or sending emails is time-consuming for all parties involved. Coming up with ways to solve these problems is not exactly easy either. This is why Coinbase is focusing on the fundamentals and improving their customer support offerings as a whole.
The Coinbase Customer Support Phone Number is now Open
It is evident a phone number will resolve a lot of problems moving forward. Especially when it is available to international customers as well. Users will be able to receive support regarding safety issues and ID verification, among other things. It is evident these are the most pressing matters when it comes to the Coinbase platform as a whole. One would wonder it took the company so long to finally integrate this feature.
Do keep in mind the phone number shouldn’t be abused. More specifically, requesting account history details will not work. Nor is it possible to get support regarding the purchase or sale of digital currency or its deposits and withdrawals. It makes a lot of sense such issues shouldn’t be discussed over the phone to begin with. Keep in mind this service is only available Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM Pacific time. It is doubtful we will see more localized efforts for different regions, though.
It will be interesting to see how this venture play out. Coinbase has a lot of work to do when it comes to customer support. We can only hope this is a big step in the right direction for this popular company. After all, customer reviews make or break any company’s reputation in quick succession, that much is certain. A phone number is just the first step toward improving this situation. An interesting decision regardless, that much is certain.
