While reviewing your account, we noticed that your activity involves the trading or transfer of crypto currency which is prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy. As this is not permitted on the PayPal platform we ask that you cease any activity that results in the trading or transfer of crypto currency. If you continue to engage in this activity on PayPal, we’ll be unable to continue offering our services.

update: Reddit users reports that this email is not from paypal, however if not paypal send out this email how do these fake emails get your real name?
Fortunately, these emails have been determined to be fake, although they look very realistic. PayPal is still investigating how the hacker got the emails of the PayPal users, and how they spoofed an @paypal.com email address.
Paypal recommends caution when dealing with these kinds of emails and to report any suspicious emails from PayPal to [email protected], as recommended by PayPal.com website.
