A pilot research ImmVRse carried out with Imperial School of Medicine in 2017, concluded that increased latency and poor content delivery may increase the likelihood of motion sickness. Therefore, the hybrid design will allow ImmVRse to host high-quality data that facilitates faster encoding, better latency time and capacity required to process VR content.

The future goal is to transition from the hybrid-architecture to progress towards full decentralization through forming strategic partnerships. The company is intending to work alongside companies that can provide long-term scalable solutions for increased efficiency using decentralized blockchain-based cloud platform.
