Paul Sztorc Suggests Revising Bitcoin’s Scaling Roadmap

On July 10 Hivemind’s chief scientist, and Bloq developer, Paul Sztorc, announced updating Bitcoin’s scaling roadmap created in December 2015 to a newer version.
